My son has been nominated by Melody Haole of the KELII Foundation to receive a gift this holiday season. Joseph is 11 years old and was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder at the age of two years. He also is diagnosed with ADHD. Like all children on the Autism Spectrum, he has special needs that are often costly or inaccessible. He benefits from regular supplements that help to keep him regulated and calm. However, it is often difficult to purchase them on a regular basis. It would be nice to have at least 3 months of supplements. We have also wanted for a while now to make a few modifications in our home to make it safer for him and for the rest of the family. Light switches are broken, and we want to start using Alexa to connect to our home lighting. This will keep the light switches free from damage. We have not been able to do this yet because we want to hire our Professional neighbor to change the electrical wiring and change the type of ceiling lighting, so it accommodates the Amazon (Alexa) light bulbs. Between the supplements and the lighting in our home, the latter is more important at this time. We have the Alexa unit, but none of everything else needed to make the changes. If the above needs are too costly, there's always a Christmas gift for him...a Wheel of Fortune t-shirt that we found online. He loves Wheel of Fortune.
I am sincerely grateful for the nomination. Mahalo for your consideration.

Your support and contributions will enable us to make Christmas for those that need it the most.
